Waiver / Vaccination Requirements for Classes and General Rules

Before your furry friend joins our exciting classes at K9 Bondz, LLC, please ensure they are up to date with the following vaccinations: Rabies, DHLPP, and Bordetella. Your dog's health and safety are our top priority!

Important Guidelines for Class Attendance

Please adhere to the following rules during classes at K9 Bondz, LLC:

- Keep your dog on a leash at all times in the building and parking lot.

- Wait to use any equipment until you have joined and received instruction for the safety of yourself, your dog, and others.
- Clean up after your dog inside and outside the building. Spray bottles of deodorizer/disinfectant are available for your use.

- Avoid allowing your dog to relieve itself at the flowerbeds at the building’s entrances. Grassy areas across the parking lot are available.

These guidelines are in place to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.

To enroll your dog in classes at K9 Bondz, LLC, please sign a physical waiver to ensure that you understand and agree to our terms and conditions. Your signature indicates your commitment to following our rules and regulations for a successful training experience.
